Taman Cheng Setia is a residential development located 5 minutes’ drive from Tesco Cheng supermarket in the heart of Cheng, Melaka. It comprised 2 Phases: Phase 1 with 24 units of Double Storey Semi-Detached launched in January 2012 and Phase 2 with 32 units Double Storey Terrace House launched in March 2013. The project was fully completed in July 2014. Total GDV achieved was RM 17 million.
