Taman Bukit Emas is a mixed commercial and residential development located in Melaka between Cheng and Alor Gajah, next to the AMJ Expressway. The project comprised 6 units shop, 5 units Single Storey Detached, 106 units Double Storey Semi-Detached, 12 units Single Storey Semi-Detached, 38 units 24’x70’ Single Storey Terrace and 57 units 22’x70’ Single Storey Terrace.
The development commenced in 2010 and was fully completed in phases by 2015. Total GDV achieved was RM 55 million.
