Green Park is a mixed development comprising commercial and residential units over 40 acres in the fast growing Pengkalan area in Ipoh. Both phases are expected to be completed within 3rd quarter of 2022.Phase 3B was recently launched in August 2021 and comprises a total of 44 units Double Storey Cluster Houses and expected to be completed by Dec 2023.
The project also includes an affordable apartment block and a medium-cost apartment block at the back portion as part of its future development. The portion of the land near the front entrance is planned for convert to houses to be launched in the near future to cater for the daily necessities of the residents.
