Dorset Place is a mixed commercial and residential development set in Ipoh’s fastest growing Taman Song Choon/Jalan Gopeng area. The project comprised 40 units of Double Storey Shops and 144 units of Double Storey Semi-Detached and Double Storey Terrace Houses within a gated and guarded community, complete with guard house, parks, open pavilion club house and children playground.
The project has been completed and delivered in November 2014. The total project GDV was RM 87 million.
